Your story – changing it

Develop a plan to keep yourself afloat when everything “seems” to be going down the drain.

You can get yourself up again.

Start a daily notebook where you list both ideas for creating better communication. Take one idea and expand it write until you feel calmer.  Remember the stories you tell yourself about why you feel bad are only that stories.

Remember your life story is that which you tell yourself that has gotten you to the place you are now.

All stories are changeable. You are the main actor in your story become the heroine instead of the victim.

Your story lets you act and react the way you do now. Some of  your behavior comes to you by your reactions during conception in the Zone of Contracts. You can begin to uncover these patterns by writing down your emotional responses to events in your life to success and failure.
