UK Research by charity Mind has found that work is the biggest cause of stress in people’s lives. With the deepening economic crisis, mental health issues linked to work are on the rise.

One in six people of working age in the UK are considered to have mental health conditions, ranging from stress and anxiety and those with depression, which is relatively common, to those with rarer disorders such as schizophrenia.

It would make good economic sense for businesses to become proactive and hire health care providers that specialize in relieving stress. This move could easily provide a cost effective to lower stress.

Unable to cool down the reactor(s) we are facing a possibility of nuclear plant explosion.
Please join our prayer. Feel free to forward this prayer request to anyone.
It would be great if more people can pray.
Here is a translation of a message/oracle from the Ise Shrine in Japan:
After sunset (each day or any time-editor’s note), we need strong power of prayer.
Please let me deliver the message to as many as possible.
We can stop this earthquake with our prayer but right now the nuclear plant is in danger.

Please everyone heal the suffering, sadness, anger, worry about nuclear plants.
Please do not think that this accident will bring justice.
Please care for each other.  The energy toward conflict and fight is also fueling the things happening right now.
Please stop the conflict and stop the fight and change the worrying voice to the power of prayer.
Please pray that as many people as possible can be saved.
We will be O.K. if our hearts start connecting with each other, the earth will be healed.

There are the sound/vibration that can release the karma of earth.

Finally, a parent produces a toy to help decrease germ fears in young children. Helping your children, students or patients to learn to take care of themselves without fear is the goal of disease education and hygiene classes. Viruses, the cold gem, the flu bug, ear ache virus are a few of the teaching tools developed by this company.

“Modern medicine” and biopharm. industries have done plenty to amp up people’s helplessness to fight germs or illnesses.

Runnig across America to inspire others

Inspiring herself and others to follow their dreams and stay healthy, Katie Visco is running across America. She will be the youngest women to travel this distance when she completes the run in December ’09. She is 23 years old.

Katie is not running nonstop, but will travel in her running shoes to various places across America she has wanted to see and visit a bit. this is a dream she has had since she was a teen.
In the course of the trip she will need to stay well hydrated and have good nutritionally supportive food. During the run she estimates that she will run through 200 to 300 pairs of running sneakers.
Katie welcomes all to join her along her route for a short or long run with her.
